While pregnant you can start wearing your nursing bra by adding an extenderto add roomin the band and release pressure from the top of your belly. Care Instructions:Fasten the bra on the tightest hook and place in a mesh wash bag. Gentle machine wash with like colours, up to 40 degrees celsius. Line dry. Do not soak or bleach. Hand wash pads separately.
