These reusable pads are perfect as they have adhesive on the outside so they stick to your underwear and not your skin. The lightweight foam is soft against the skin, so you will feel comfortable when wearing them and you won’t have to worry about any irritations.These pads pair wonderfully with B Free’s contour underwear and firm control shapewear range. As a general guide, the S/M round booty pads are suitable for sizes AU 6-8-10-12 while the L/XL oval booty pads are suited to AU 14-16-18-20-22+. Depending on individual body shape, size and desired outcome you may choose a different size, or even layer a smaller and larger pad together for an added boost.
